Our 50hr Yin Yoga TTC at Atmashree Yoga is a specialized, immersive program designed to explore the subtle, meditative, and therapeutic dimensions of Yin Yoga. Rooted in Taoist philosophy & integrated with modern functional anatomy & mindfulness practices, this training emphasizes stillness, awareness, and deep self-inquiry. Booking Policy
1. Booking Policy ::
Our course payments are pre-contracted. 30% Non-Refundable deposit is required to secure the spot. Rest of the amount can be paid on arrival.
2. Cancellation Policy ::
The deposit paid is non-refundable. If cancelled, the amount paid will be kept as credit store for future booking with Atmashree Yoga. If requested, A four weeks advance notice is accepted to transfer to another month or to anyone you wish.
3. If you choose to leave the course in between, the paid amount is non-refundable. In any circumstances, the deposited fees are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by Atmashree Yoga. The fees are also non-negotiable.
4. Atmashree Yoga & its counterpart shall not be responsible for any change & alteration in the program due to change of mind, unavoidable circumstances such as landslide, road blockage, flood, snow, political unrest, and cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents.
6. You are earnestly requested to kindly respect your fellow students, teachers, people & nepali culture.
7. The management reserves the right to terminate/ expel any participants who do not abide by the above rules, are disruptive or abusive to the place, teachers or other participants. (which may include, by way of example, violence, excessive use of bad language, threatening behavior or inappropriate sexual activities). In the event of a participants being expelled due to a breach of the rules, no refund of fees shall be given.

Frequently Asked Questions
While we recommend at least 6 months of regular yoga practice, our program is designed to accommodate practitioners of all levels. A willingness to learn and dedication to the practice is more important than prior experience.
The program fee includes accommodation, three vegetarian meals daily, all training materials, yoga props, certificate upon completion, airport pickup from Dehradun airport, and one excursion to local temples.
A typical day starts at 6:00 AM with meditation and pranayama, followed by morning asana practice. After breakfast, we have philosophy and anatomy lectures. Afternoons include teaching methodology, practice teaching, and evening sessions focus on restorative practices.
Yes! Our program is registered with Yoga Alliance USA (RYS 200). Upon completion, you can register as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance, which is recognized worldwide.
We recommend bringing comfortable yoga clothes, a light jacket for evenings, personal toiletries, a journal, and any books on yoga you're currently reading. Yoga mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own mat if preferred.
Full refund if cancelled 60 days before the program start date. 50% refund if cancelled 30-60 days before. No refund for cancellations within 30 days, though you may transfer your booking to a future date (subject to availability).
